I am María Cudeiro Torruella, currently General Manager of Evolus for Spain, Portugal and Switzerland, leading from Basel, Switzerland, the launch of Nuceiva® (botulinum toxin type A) in the Spanish market since June 2024.

My passion is empowering women in the business world, combining my experience in leadership, business strategy and the aesthetic medicine industry. Through Woman & Business, I share reflections, advice and experiences to help other women reach their professional goals without giving anything up.

I firmly believe that professional success and personal wellbeing need not be at odds. My goal is to inspire women entrepreneurs, executives and professionals to reach their full potential while keeping balance across every facet of their lives.
